Refund Policy

Last updated: 30 July 2026. This Policy applies to paid Scalableappz enrollments confirmed by invoice or written agreement. This website does not collect payments directly.

Eligibility

Refunds are available for eligible paid course seats when cancellation rules below are met. Free resources, downloaded templates already delivered, and completed one-to-one advisory hours are not refundable once delivered.

Timeframe

For self-paced Field Notes purchases: request a full refund within 7 days of payment if less than 20% of video runtime has been accessed. For live Binder Cohort seats: request a full refund up to 14 days before the published cohort start date.

Full or partial refunds

Cancellations 14 days or more before a live cohort start receive a full refund of tuition paid. Cancellations between 13 and 5 days before start receive a 50% refund. Cancellations inside 5 days, or after the cohort begins, are not eligible for a tuition refund; a seat transfer to another employee in the same company may be offered at our discretion.

Non-refundable items

Third-party booking fees, custom Partner Shadow on-site travel already incurred, and completed private workshops are non-refundable. Promotional discounts are not “cashable” as separate refunds.

Refund process

Email contact@scalableappz.digital with your full name, invoice number, course name, and reason for the request. We confirm eligibility within 3 business days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10–15 business days after approval. Bank timelines may add additional days depending on your institution.

Cancellation by Scalableappz

If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later date at no extra tuition. If an instructor change occurs, the cohort remains valid; a refund is not automatic solely due to instructor substitution.

Exceptions

Documented medical emergencies or mandated government restrictions affecting participation may qualify for an exception review. Decisions are made case by case and may include credit rather than cash refund.
